3. Replacement Policy for Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within  24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic or video proof of the damage, including packaging.
• Damage must have occurred during shipping and not due to mishandling after receipt.

If the claim is verified, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
